Eligibility & Enrollment The Program is open to licensed real estate agents and brokers who meet all legal and regulatory requirements to operate in their respective jurisdictions. Oakfire Ridge reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate an Advocate’s participation at its sole discretion. Referral & Commission Structure Advocates earn a 3% commission on closed condo sales attributed to their referrals.
A referral is considered valid when: * The Advocate submits details on behalf of a client through * The referred client submits their details on the Oakfire website referencing the Advocate by name. * The referred client places a unit reservation and proceeds to closing. * The condo sale is successfully completed, and all funds are received by Oakfire Ridge. * Commissions are paid within 30 days of the condo closing. Advocate Membership & Benefits Approved Advocates will be granted Club Advocate Membership, which provides: * Access to Oakfire Ridge’s private club amenities. * Invitations to exclusive events. * Insider development information. * Membership remains active until the last referred client receives their condo keys. At that point, the Advocate’s membership will automatically terminate. Advocate Responsibilities & Code of Conduct Advocates must represent Oakfire Ridge in a professional manner and comply with all real estate laws and regulations.
Advocates may not: * Misrepresent the Oakfire Ridge project. * Make unauthorized claims about pricing, availability, or investment returns. * Engage in deceptive or unethical marketing practices. * Advocates must immediately disclose any conflicts of interest or dual representation to their clients. * Oakfire Ridge reserves the right to revoke Advocate status for violations of these terms. Additionally, Oakfire Ridge is not responsible for disputes between Advocates and their clients. Oakfire Ridge is not liable for lost commissions due to referred clients failing to complete a purchase. By enrolling in the Program, Advocates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The materials, designs, square footage, features, and amenities depicted by artist or computer rendering are subject to change and no assurance is made that the project or the condominium units will be of the same size or nature as depicted or described or that the project or the condominium units will be constructed. Certain features and amenities will not be part of the condominium and use of certain features and amenities may be subject to fees set by the condominium association or the amenities owner from time to time.

Information on The Center Court Club Condominiums provided through any marketing materials or any marketing center is preliminary in nature; changes may be made to our project, including but not limited to the design, building height, floor plans, unit sizes, services, amenities, and pricing.
